Scope of Work: We provide lead generation, Meta & Google Ads, website design, and marketing automation services as agreed with each client.
Payments: All invoices must be cleared in advance before the start of any campaign or project. We only provide a cleared invoice. we are not providing any EMI/instalment payment method.
Ad Spend: Advertising budgets are handled directly by the client or through agreed arrangements.
Project Timelines: Depend on client approvals, feedback, and timely payments.
Ownership: All campaign assets, creatives, and ad data belong to the client upon full payment.
Confidentiality: Both AIxstream and the client agree to protect sensitive business and campaign information.

AIxstream reserves the right to modify terms or pricing with prior notice.

We follow a transparent and fair work policy.

Once campaign setup or management has started, fees are non-refundable.
Refunds apply only if no service has been initiated after payment.
Ad spend paid to Meta, Google, or other platforms is not refundable through AIxstream.
Clients can cancel ongoing services anytime with 15 days prior written notice.
